The safety problems of lithium batteries in the past are no longer a problem for modern models, and they have passed extrusion and puncture tests many times without catching fire. Additionally, these lithium batteries do not contain heavy metals or hazardous substances, so there is minimal risk to human health and the environment if damaged.
In addition, the built-in BMS monitoring management chip can prevent the battery pack from overcharging, overdischarging, overheating or short circuit. This standard technical feature ensures that internal operational safety is separated from the risk of external damage.
As a derivative of lithium-ion batteries, lithium iron phosphate or LiFePO4 batteries offer special advantages compared to the popular lithium cobalt oxide chemistry range. These positives include a longer shelf life, often holding the same energy density as a LiCoO2 chemistry battery after one year in storage. LiFePO4 batteries are also renowned for their safety and low toxicity, being both thermally and chemically stable and 100% cobalt & nickel free, which additionally reduces the price of these batteries compared to other Li-Ion chemistries, as these are rare and expensive metals.

A: Normally our lead time is about 14 days for sample production; what quantity do you need?
2 Q: Can I use the battery in environment under 0 degrees?
A: Yes, the discharging temperature of our battery is from -20 ℃ to 60 ℃ and charging temperature is from 0℃ to 45℃. If you want to charge battery below 0 degree, you could choose extended pre-heating function.
3 Q: The case is black, I wanna orange housing, is it available?
A: Yes, orange or other color is possible.
4 Q: If the battery has problem, how could I deal with it?
A: For the battery has problem within warranty period, we will take the responsibility for it. Firstly our after sales engineers will support you find the problem and solve it. If the battery can not be fixed, we could send a new one to you.
